3. Triceps:Skull Crusher 4x10, Triceps kickbacks 4x10,Overhead rope extension 3x10, Bench dips 3x10(weight or bodyweight)
For huge arms, you need to work 2 days a week, and you should increase your weights regularly. For example, if I'm training hammer curl 7.5 in the 1st week, try to do the first 1 or 2nd set with 10 kilograms. Try to remove the set.
